I believe sharing knowledge is the key. There are plenty of ways this is already being done through networking; virtual and face to face and initiatives like biz camp. We all need to pass on what we know, our experiences of what works and what doesn't work. Most of all we need to inspire.

I completely agree Amanda. Just to let you know, we're planning an All-Ireland Bizcamp for the Autumn, so we'll try and start something to IGOpeople to get talking about what people want from it.

I was at the last Bizcamp and loved it so will defo attend the next one. By then I should have some feedback too. I might even brave talking at it myself this time.

Those self-organising camps are really worthwhile, especially when run away from Dublin. The outlying areas attract a whole different demographic to the Irish meet-ups.
