The world of social networking is growing at a massive rate and within the last six months i have signed up to more sites than i have friends. My idea orginates from this, i would love an application of all the "Social Networking" sites i am a member of and i simply logon to this application with one username and password and keep updated on all sites. I sometimes spend the majority of the day on these sites and trying to keep up to date can be difficult. This unique application would allow you to do this in a efficient and effective manner. No doubt their will be legality issues with getting an agreement with the all the sites i.e. IGO People, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter etc. Please vote on this idea, i look forward to your responses

Hi PeachyPeople IGOpeople will be bringing in a solution whereby you can update your web presence portfolio (twitter, FB, etc) from IGOpeople, as well as receive the feeds from each of these sites.

This is a good idea - I think the problem the internet faced after early adoption was information myopia. The search engines emerged to tackle giving you the content you needed - easily and intuitively. The same problem now exists for SN. As Peachy says - managing your SN commitments can be very time consuming. Over time apps will emerge to address the issue but the inevitable consolidation of the industry will also merge and reduce the number of players. IMHO!
