Not sure about coffees as I'm not a big fan of them, however I found really nice tea shop on 31 Wicklow street. I got caught by Japan cherry blossom tea. :)

I think Ireland is falling behind without building any skyscrapers. They save place, they are good for offices or new apartments and they are compact. If you go to any other capital, there is usually at least one region full of those tall buildings.
