Yesterday, not for the first time, I had a hugely pushy 3 telesales person try to shove 3 prodicts down my throat! I have already made a complaint to 3 about this tactic and was assured I wouldn't recieve any more sales calls. However, since my contract is up they seem to be desperate to get me signed up for another 12 months. Truth be told, I'm happy with the service - reliable, keenly priced, but their customer service is seriously putting me off. First I was offered mobile broadband - after telling the sales person for the 4th time that I wasn't interested she moved on to a free mobile, after that I was offered a skypephone for €49.99. I have ended up with a different price plan which I am not convinced is the best one for me and a free Sony Ericsson handset (no idea which one). I don't want either!

Sounds like a horror story where there are no customer analytics to prompt the sales person to make the right offer for you. Also, if you seem "happy", getting you to recommend the service to 5 of your friends and give you an added 25% off if any one of them signed up, is a tried and tested tactic elsewhere.
