Rang 3 mobile today to unlock my phone. They want to charge me 25 Euros to unlock the phone even though I have the phone/contract for more than 12 months with them.
My understanding is that 02 and vodafone don't charge, if you have a cont

If you switch your number they have to switch in 2 hrs or less. european regulations stipulate this. Not sure about closing

3 customer service starts from the point of view that the customer is wrong until they can prove via the regulatory bodies and courts (if necessary) that they are right.
Ask for the customer service agent's name and email address and inform them ...
