At the moment the tab is hidden (via js) if the browser window is > 1024 pixels wide - so that it won't obscure any of the main content.
Perhaps you've browser window is < 1024 wide?
I'll change it so that it's hidden by default and shown using js ...

Yes, almost... Clicking 'tweet this' will take you to your twitter home page with a message and link already filled in, then you have to click update to add it to your twitter stream.

Hrmm - we don't show the 'tweet this' button on private posts - since most peeps that would see link on twitter won't be able to view the link.
Could that be what's happening in your case?

Thanks Iarfhlaith, I like your suggestion. As a first step - we're are building out a feature to do that kinda thing with your email contacts, the next step will be to apply the approach you suggested to Twitter/FB/Linkedin etc.

The site doesn't have any spell checking feature.
I'd recommend using a browser that has spell checking built in, like firefox 3, or install the iespell add-on for ie - http://www.iespell.com/

Hrmm - I've made a more obvious distinction between read/unread items - unread are bolder and have background color. Feels better but perhaps still not obvious enough what the checkbox means.
